Our revisited Mediterranean cuisine guarantees Roman traditional dishes and many specialties of the Italian cuisine as well. High quality products, genuine Raw materials and innovative menu proposals are our core business.
We take advantage of fresh and seasonal products and our Italian chefs (2 Chef, 1 Pastry chef ), spend many hours every day preparing our dishes and creating new recipes. Red Wine reductions and balsamic vinegar, fresh stuffed pasta and the entire pastry are all hand made by our staff.
